Fasting is not about depriving the flesh in order to strengthen the spirit.Its about desiring Jesus Christ more.

I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.”    Psalm 40:8

Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. Psalm 73:25

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.  Matthew 6:33 and 

I desire you more than  an Ipad, a samsung note 2 or  S4, more than a brand new laptop,more than the games in my android phone,  more than the healing , more than the breakthroughs, more than the desires of my heart, more than anything  else that this world can offer.

I desire nothing else but you, to do your will, to be in your presence always and your purpose alone in my life.
